We are expanding our dynamic team and seeking a Sales & Marketing Manager who thrives in a high-end environment and understands that every client relationship begins with trust, professionalism, and a consultative touch.

Your Role
-As a Sales Manager at Curione, you’ll be the bridge between our prestigious portfolio and discerning international clients.
-You’ll manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and building client relationships to conducting personalized consultations and closing high-value transactions.

Key Responsibilities
-Represent Curione with the 4 C's always in mind.
-Build and nurture long-term relationships with both local and international clients.
-Conduct property tours, presentations, and consultations tailored to client needs.
-Maintain deep knowledge of our property portfolio, the Limassol market, and investment trends.
-Collaborate with the marketing and management teams to enhance sales performance and client satisfaction.
-Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive engagement and a client-centric approach.

What We’re Looking For
-Up to 2–3 years of proven experience
in real estate or high-value sales.
-A consultative approach to selling — you understand that listening comes before closing.
-Fluent English is essential; Russian language skills are a strong advantage.
-Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Professional presentation, attention to detail, and a results-driven attitude.
